Awards: Exhibition of selected works, August 1 - 31, 2008
Media: Drawings, graphics, sculpture, 3D, bound books. No paintings or photographs.
Eligibility: Artists with innovative work who use paper as their primary medium are invited to submit up to three works of art.
Deadline: Postmarked by May 31, 2008
Handling fee: $35, US funds only. Checks made payable to b.j.spoke gallery
Instructions:
Images are to be submitted on CD (please do not use a DVD), JPEG only, between 500K and 1M. They will be viewed on a PC computer. Label the files: lastnamefirstname-1, lastnamefirstname-2, lastnamefirstname-3. (no spaces) CDs will not be returned. Retain your original files. Check your disk before sending. Faulty disks cannot be reviewed. If you wish to convert slides to a disk, you can contact us at bjspokecompetition@yahoo.com for information.
Include a 1-page printout with thumbnail of each image, title, medium or description, and dimensions. Include your name, address, phone, and email. Please do not send any other promotional material.
Mail all material to Paperworks 2008 at the gallery address below. Include a stamped self-addressed #10 envelope (SASE) for notification letter.
