 |
Just as life changes, Naomi Katz uses her artistic expression as a vehicle that is constantly
evolving. The work of art then becomes a symbol of a new idea and will continue to evolve
until the artist cannot create any more.
Painting to Naomi Katz is a means of self-expression no matter what process or procedure
she uses. She tries to enable the viewer to become part of her creativity as they view her
work, and that, enriched their own experience.
Naomi Katz holds a B.S. in Fine Arts Education and an M.A. in Studio Arts. She has studied
privately with Ben Bianchi, Betty Holiday, Jef Webb, and Harriet Stanton. Many of Naomi
Katz's works have been shown in fine NYC galleries and also select Long Island Venues.
She has received many honors and her work is included in private collections.
