Bert Winsberg works in the medium of watercolor, oil, and casein. His interests
include landscape, cityscape, and figure; his travels are reflected in his paintings.
Bert Winsberg trained at the Chicago Art Institute with a scholarship status.
His mentors were Frank Perry and Harold Minsk.
He has exhibited at numerous Long Island competitions and has received favorable
New York Times reviews. Bert Winsberg has also received awards in several Long
Island competitions, and received the Goldmacher Award in 2001.
